The parking can be a bit of the challenge at busy times.Toilets are reasonably clean considering the huge crowds that use them. The foundational drinking water fountain is a big help. The Wall paintings prepare one for the great experience of the twelve apparels.Kudos to the management.

The 12 (now 7 or 8) Apostles experience itself was great, as was the helicopter experience. Unfortunately however, can’t say the same for the visitor centre. Inside toilets closed!? Outside toilets not clean - last cleaned date documented on the wall said it had last been cleaned 2 days before - not good for such a busy tourist venue.Given how busy it is there you would think they would be all over ensuring the pies, pasties and sausage rolls are being warmed and churned out adequately to cater for the numbers but this was not the case, very limited availability of food in general but also because some of it wasn’t warm enough however it was over a busy lunchtime period. Understand they are very busy but again, they would know how busy it is there and should be able to be on top of what is required. No tables and chairs available to sit at while having a quick bite to eat. Lots of people looking for a spot to sit. Understand it isn’t primarily a cafe or restaurant but people still need somewhere adequate to sit for a bit if needed.A bit embarrassed that this is what is being offered to not only local/Australian tourists but overseas visitors to our country at major tourist attractions. Victoria tourism / government - need to pull your socks up.

Came here on the way back from Warrnambool just after New Year's. I was surprised that even though we didn't arrive so early, there seemed to be adequate spaces available for parking. It's good that there are staff to guide you also. The Visitor Centre has toilets (which was ahhhhh so good) and Timboon ice cream. I wouldn't have noticed that, but we had just come from the Timboon Ice Creamery. Not sure if it was on that day in particular, but be sure to take some fly repellent/ Aeroguard. The flies were on a rampant frenzy and were getting up all in ya faice!

Amazing absolute must see site! Accessible close to car park. Incredible views. Recommend heading to the kiosk, snacks coffee and best gift shop range.

Visitor's facility is totally inadequate for the tourist numbers that visit the 12 Apostles area. Toilets behind are also in dire need of upgrade. A new facility is under construction nearby but progress has been impeded by pandemic & subsequent labour shortage. Kiosk has the usual souvenirs & also small tubs of local area Timboon ice cream which is really nice on a hot day.

One of the iconic place of Australia. Unfortunately, only 5-6 apostles left but still worth going. One of the viewing closed.

My first memory of visiting the Twelve Apostles was when i was 15 and we travelled from Sydney for school camp. That was 22 years ago. While the view has changed slightly it's still a great tourist attraction. Now that i live in Geelong we don't come as often but it's on our list of places to take our family and friends when they visit from overseas or interstate.Entry is free and the view is breathtaking.Make sure to keep a light Parka or Cardigan as the wind off the Ocean can be quite chilly.
