Cascade Properties
I’ve rented with cascade properties for over 3 years. They have all been lovely to deal with, have never had any problems. They go above and beyond around Christmas time - every Christmas I’ve been at home they’ve left all the tenants in my building a generous Xmas pressie.

Cascade Properties
I have been living at one of the apartments managed by Cascade for a few months now, so far so good. I have requested 4 changes (repairs) , and they have attended 3 of them relatively quickly. I hope they keep up this level of service, much better than the agency that was managing the previous place I was renting. Just one thing though, I wish the rent was a bit lower than what it is now. Finally, the tenants are generally nice and polite. So, so far so good.

I have been a contented renter with Cascade Propertues in Sutherland St for 2.5 years.Having rented various properties in the Eastern suburbs for over 50 years , Cascade is a standout winner.Bani Kani the Property Manager is kind, professional, efficient and Friendly.The building is well maintained & Bani keeps us updated on any projects.One Happy Renter.

These guys are the biggest bunch of COWBOYS my partner and I have ever come across in 10 years of renting in Sydney. They managed to swindle us out of $1000+, two weeks before Christmas through sheer dishonesty and negligence. Special shoutout to their agent Matthew for that one. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.AVOID them like the plague!

Avoid at all costs. Incompetent property managers, terrible to rent from, properties infested with bugs, broken, mould in the walls, botched leases and unethical conduct re: bonds. Can’t get a reply on phone or email. Do not trust.

These guys will use any deceitful, dodgy and unethical method to get money out of you, bully and intimidate you. We suffered depression from the way they treated us.Don't do business with these 2 slum ladies (wolves in sheep's clothing)

I was a tenant at the apartments for 4 years and throughout my time the experience has been nothing but pleasant for me. Communication with the property managers has been great and property was always well maintained.

We have been with Cascade Properties since February. At the time it was a bit difficult for us to rent a place to stay. Luckily, Bani, one of the best property manager of Cascade help us to sign a contract for very good deal. They also very quick on solving any problems with my place. Christmas is coming soon and I just realize that every single unit in my place received a gift from Cascade Properties. That was really a big WOW. Great customer care service. Thank you a lot Bani and the team.
