This will be my go to salon. Been here three times and the service is perfect. The communication and environment is sooo calming and respectful. The girls that work here are patient and kind !! I love my nails every appointment and they are super gentle. Really recommend.

Been coming here for many years and has always been good. However, I attended last Friday and a nail technician actually cut my cuticle so far up that bled. It stung quite a bit. The most disappointing thing was the technician never acknowledged her mistake nor apologised. She stood up, got something to put over the bleeding - didn’t even tell me what it was she put on, and acted as if nothing happened. I don’t usually like confrontation so I didn’t make a big deal. But this experience will stop me from attending in the future. It’s a shame as it was a nice place to go.

Had the best experience with these girls, I messaged them the night before to make a booking the following morning even though it was after hours. They removed my old, chunky and badly done SNS nails and re did them so nicely and thin you wouldn't even know it was SNS. They took their time and didn't rush, they shaped my nails really well and evenly. I couldn't be more happy with my nails. Will definitely be coming back! (:

This place was so amazing! This was my third time at the salon, I went at a time where there was only 1 other person and the vibes were so good. The service and stuff are so nice and caring and I had a wonderful conversation. The nails were also exactly what I wanted

Absolutely in love with my nails! Ploy did an amazing job, she was very detailed and super friendly too. I’m a tourist, but if I lived in Melbourne I would return to this salon every time I needed my nails done. Good pricing as well. Highly recommend this place :)

I absolutely love Organique, the owner is wonderful and so skilled. Every time I go in, I know I will love the end result. The prices are so reasonable, especially because a full set lasts forever. I've been 4 times and never experienced chipping, lifting, or breaking of the nails. I always get compliments and sing the praises of the team here, I've even referred coworkers and friends.

My first time at Organique Wellness & Beauty. They have a coffee shop inside and arrived early so ordered a latte. Delicious. This is not a fancy salon nor does it need to be. All the ladies were busy multitasking but taking care of their individual clients. Yun was my manicurist. She got right down to work on my damaged feet with precision and care and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Looking forward to my next visit.
