Unhelpful. Scammed out of a promotion. Understanding they have run out wondering why it was advertised still on every shelf…Staff (Emily) never followed up with me trying to get it through another store. Not happy as a current member of Priceline

I wish I had read the other reviews here before calling, as it seems common for staff here to behave this way. The person Oliver I spoke to was beyond unhelpful or wanting to provide assistance. I suggest that if staff are unable or simply dont want to perhaps asking another staff member would be beneficial

Oliver and the team are life savers. Sick with Covid and my usual pharmacy wouldn't deliver my medications or the anti virals. Oliver organised pick up of scripts from that pharmacy and delivery of my medications and a few extra essentials to me within a few hours. Even rang to check on me the following week. Obviously I now have a new pharmacy. One that I can count on. Thank you so much.

When I was in to pick up a script, I was questioned on my Aboriginality by the pharmacist. I was made to feel very uncomfortable as she told me the government would find out if I was lying about anything due to me being on the CTG program. I am so disgusted that someone like that felt the right to say something like that to me. I will never return to this store

My friend accidentally knocked a plastic body mist off the shelf and then was picking it up when a rude worker came over that had been watching her and me like a hawk and started making her feel bad after she was apologising, and then when I tried to walk out after buying a perfume the alarms went off so she took my whole bag, walked off behind the counter out of my sight and started going through the whole thing and then brings it back and goes “off you go” in a rude tone. And stood at the front forcing us to leave (after we BOUGHT something)Also the alarm was going off for every one who walked out but she only checked ours

The staff here are very knowledgeable and caring. Saved us a trip to the doctor as we were able to get all the medical advice over the phone prior to booking an appointment to get the recommended (non COVID) vaccines before travelling overseas. We aren't even local to the area but it was totally worth the drive from Lake Macquarie area for their excellent customer service.

I had makeup service booked with one of the girl at Priceline Charlestown. She seems so confident and when she’s done with my makeup, I just freaked out as I was getting it done for the party and it looked like it has been done by a learner. I couldn’t go with that makeup on and asked her to wipe it off. It was really very bad experience, will never go there again.

VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES! went in there with friends accidently knocked something over(nothing was broken) and got yelled at and got our bag snatched off us and taken behind the counter going through it. We never gave CHRISTINE permission to do that, and started searching through our private stuff. (Wish i was manager so i could fire her, she had blond hair and her name is CHRISTINE)

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Me and my friend got accused of stealing whilst looking through our bag for money we were then told that we had to get our bags searched even though we had not stole anything and the staff member who was standing behind us the whole time would have clearly seen we did not put anything in our bags. We were even so nice about it even though we felt extremely uncomfortable and under pressure to say who had served us 1 hour beforehand. And I never got a sorry for them accusing me for stealing I will not recommend coming here I and personally will not be coming back.
