Outstanding experience from start to finish, selling my property with Ray White Mascot. Brighton was my primary contact with the company, and his level of service was absolutely impeccable throughout the entire process – I literally don’t have a single negative thing to say. Everyone else that I dealt with (William, Karen) was similarly friendly, professional, and 100% customer service oriented. Honestly can’t recommend Ray White Mascot enough.

Honest, generous, knowledgeable hard working Agents! William, Brighton and his team provided premium service. They took the time to visit us at the property several times to discuss and give us advice to increase the value of our place. William is genuine and honest of what he can deliver. Williams’s knowledge of the market and customer behavior got us the price that we wanted. William is well connected, he is one phone call away with anything I needed. I am very impressed and happy with my dealings with William and his team.

I have been waiting a while for this one.Karen is one Off the most arrogant inconsiderate people I have met.We had so many issues with our house that she chose to ignore and not get sorted.She was No help what so ever.At our notice to vacate she gave us our final water bill and rent bill which was incorrect she forgot to send us a full amount of a water bill and gave it to us 2 days after vacating.How incompetent are you at your job ?We also advised we would vacate on the Sunday and hand in the keys on the Monday when asking for the final bill.You only then decided to bill me a extra day on the Monday when my pregnant wife handed the keys in at the afternoon which we advised and you only then proceeded to tell us information about a lock box and argue with us.You could of told us once we gave the notice to vacate ?Again incompetent at it's finest.No help and no mercy from this real estate. So glad I have nothing to do with you guys anymore.I will be taking everything further with Ray white.Thankyou
