Had dinner and a few drinks here the other night. Decent food but the service was amazing. Shout out to Gabbie who really looked after our group. Will be back here for sure

Courtesy bus driver was professional and friendly. We waited no longer than 5 minutes to get picked up there and back from Whitsunday Vista. Food was excellent and good value. Great venue for kids (not that we had any). Highly recommend.

Food was below average, customer service was poor. Mix up in my food after I specifically asked for a it. Would recommend if you are looking for a family friendly restaurant that is close by.I was a bit disappointed with the service here, overall it’s an okay restaurant but not sure if i would dine here again.

Chelsea needs a pay rise, her customer service on arrival was the best I have ever seen.Though the meals weren’t that great! Kids meals are expensive- we ordered fish and chips for our child and the fish was covered in curry powder which was gross and she didn’t eat it. They ran out of chips- so when we ordered fish and chip we got fish and mash- very disappointed - I would have ordered vegetables for her if I knew.Vegetarian penne was very yummy.

A 5* review for two wonderful staff members, Prue and Josh, who provided fantastic service for our special celebration today. They both made the day special and took care of every one of our guests. Thank you to Lisa for your assistance also.Although for the senior managment & owners; not a good reservation experience.Despite having made a reservation 3 months in advance, on our arrival no staff had any knowledge of the booking.Thank you again to the team on the ground at Jubilee Tavern.

Over 1 1/2 hour wait for food, watched as numerous online orders left the kitchen, very disappointing that actual patrons of restaurant are not served and online orders halted if restaurant cannot cope with orders. When food actually arrived unfortunately a steak ordered as medium rare arrived at well done to dry and not edible. Overall not a good experience

Excellent food. Fantastic staff. Fast bistro service. Good prices.
