I'm so happy with the service I've received from R&R Relaxation and Remedial! I visited Kelly during my pregnancy and she kept my hips healthy throughout. I love that she uses trigger point therapy in her massages and does an awesome job of it! I've since visited her post partum and she relieved all the muscle aches and pains from being in labour. I recommend R&R to my family and friends, and will continue to be a client myself.

Had a terrific remedial massage done by Kelly. She is just absolutely beautiful and assessed me thoroughly and professionally. She explained everything that she was going to do which was an added bonus in my book. Her office is super clean and so inviting and relaxing. I loved every minute of it and walked away with feeling alot more relaxed and pain free. She also sent me home with some great home stretches to help me between visits and a bottle of water to make sure I stayed hydrated.I highly recommend Kelly to anyone who is looking for a massage therapist in Cowra.

I had a wonderful massage. Kelly took the time to talk to me before the massage to make sure she knew what was going on, but then also did an excellent job of listening to my body once I was on the table and responding. I felt a lot of relief afterwards and I can tell it was helpful in getting rid of my neck tension which has been building up for a long time. Kelly recommended a treatment and I'm definitely planning on coming back. Always good to find a nice place for a massage! Thanks Kelly!
