Tried to buy an ultra wide monitor ages ago & they don't even know what 1080p means. Person on the phone dismissed my inquiry & went on a rambling tirade about how cool his nephew is for being an international car-racing game driver, and his crazy steering wheel setup. Rude, arrogant & wasted my time.

same hardware for twice the price as elsewhere, rude, talks to customers like they're scum and try's to talk you into stuff you don't wont or need just to make more profit.Beware you'll know as soon as he starts talking and the way he looks at you

I went into PC City today looking for a replacement component for my computer (CPU fan) and, as I had not replaced a CPU fan myself before, I asked for advice and the gentleman who served me took a generous amount of time giving me very knowledgeable advice and a demonstration including taking out an old motherboard and old CPU fan and showed me exactly how to do the process in front of me. I took the CPU fan (which was very well priced) and his advice home with me, and it worked like a charm. I highly recommend this place for computer needs and advice. Thank you so much!

Personally I think the staff there are the most knowledgeable I've ever encountered in their field.. Plus they're polite and not awkward like IT people often are.. Very friendly and easy to get along with.
