Be very careful when selling items here.Was in the store earlier as one of the staff whooped and cheered to realise a customer had left a $70 game in the console they’d just sold by accident.I asked if they would call the customer to advise of the mistake, and they laughed.

Every time I come to the store,I get approached via very friendly, gentlemen, his name is Matthew, that he made me feel so comfortable. I can call him Matt. His vibe is very approachable. he takes proud of his products and he looks after them very well and very clean to details of his products and services. Each time I come to the store, his very welcoming, very friendly, nice smile and makes you feel like you’re part of the store. Great Customer Service.

Went in with a watch in mind, ended up getting a pair of Raybans as well. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Shop had a great selection with excellent pricing. Will definitely be back again.

First time walking into the store to get some advice on some jewellery I was approached by a man named Matthew. He was very professional and also very very helpful and although I did not walk out purchasing anything he still offered his help and advice. The best quality was that he was very honest which is what you want in a pawn shop. Highly recommend this place to buy or sell they will definitely help you out with whatever your needs are!!
