Australis Total Pool Care

Just disgraceful in every way. I rang this company regarding a pool leak in June!!! I was told by Vicki the manager that they could not help me until the end of July due to lack of staff and other reasons. I accepted this at the time and began calling back mid July to see where we were at. I was then told that Vicki was on holiday and would return my call as soon as she got back. I have called and left numerous messages for weeks now and been fobbed off and no return calls at all. Today I get a call from Vicki only to be told to find someone else as they cannot help me with pool leaking problems.I have just wasted at least 6-8 weeks of my time in good faith that they would provide a service. Such BAD business, never touch them!!!!

I'm very new to this pool n spa thing as I recently bought home with one. So I called Australis and very next day Robert was at my door to help me. He is so professional and gave me introduction to pool-spa, made me understand all meter, chemical levels, cleaned pool and answered all my queries politely. It's bit costly compared to others but really happy with service. I'm definitely recommending Australis to anyone (just because Robert) who wants professional service. Thanks.

We have used Australis Pool Care for quite some time now and have found all staff both in and out of the office to be courteous, helpful and full of expert knowledge. They are always ready to assist with any problems that arise. Many thanks to them all.
