Overall, the shop and customer service experience was fantastic! If I could give them HIGHER than five stars I honestly would! Purchased a bed and two lamps, and Ken was genuinely so helpful in providing information and delivery dates regarding the items. He was so kind enough to deliver my mattress (purchased from another store) with the delivery of my bed & lamps, which he wasn't obligated to do but still went out of his way. I was so shocked when I read the reviews for this store, especially regarding customer service. I normally don't go for writing reviews, but there was no chance I could ignore writing one after receiving the service from the store! From the get go, Ken was attentive and highly professional. I'm so appreciative and beyond grateful for this transaction. We shop here very regularly, and its attitude and attentiveness like this that keeps us coming back! :)

We have been purchasing from Ken at Eloquence for several years now and his service has always been excellent. His shop is amazing, with a wide variety of furnishings and items that can be custom-made. All our custom-made items have been made to a high standard. Ken and his team have provided us with an excellent standard and service and we would highly recommend them.

Spent here few times .i m not person like to review or say bad . But finally i experience really worse service by so rude manager of frist time. She tried to teaching customer…. Bad day ever .

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!I purchased lamps from this store and after I was given the wrong lamps and told the staff they had ordered the wrong ones, they were extremely rude and spoke down to me. They did not apologise and didn’t care they had made a mistake. No one ever called me to tell me my order had come in, I had to call the store multiple times to find out what was happening with my order. When I finally got the right lamps I ordered after waiting for over 5 months and went to pick them up, the owner in store was rude to me and when I told him about my experience he argued with me in front of other customers and tried to justify why himself and his staff spoke to me the way they did and when I mentioned how poor this stores reviews are, he told me all of the stores google reviews are from vindictive people who are trying to get back at him!!There is no excuse to speak to or treat anyone the way I was treated. The staff’s behaviour in this store is appauling!!

Very few places will demonstrate such a low level of customer service as this place. The manager of the shop, Ken, has no idea how to run a business. My mate was asked very rudely to leave the shop just because he asked questions around the warranty of a furniture item, and the manager didn't know answer. No wonder why the store has so many negative reviews. And yes, don't be fooled by the positive ones which are only fake or posted by their mates' accounts.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.I have never experienced such rudeness from a store manager before. Actually, I’ve never experienced such rudeness from anyone like I did from this person.I had received a phone call to advise me the product I’d been waiting months for had arrived.The guy that served me couldn’t find it.He said it’s probably been placed back out into the store and sold.I told him I’d been waiting months and was assured they would keep it out the back for me.Not knowing he was the manager, I asked to speak to the manager and was told he is the manager. He didn’t want to listen to me or help me in any way. In fact he told me “this is how it is so get out of my store.” If I could give zero stars, I would.What a horrible and miserable life he must be living to be the type or person he is.

Im not person write to review or say bad to anyone . But this is frist time ever been so rude manager like every one been experienced similar like me. Business should shut down. Worst service and care customer . How a big shopping centre let them run and keep the shop like this.

Absolutely disgusted by the service of the manager at this store.Purchased a light up Christmas wreath (for the front door) and noticed it was a plug in once I opened the box at home. Which I found quite odd as plug in door wreaths wouldn’t work with opening and closing the door. Spoke to the manager who was rude and not helpful and couldn’t do anything unless I had the receipt. Was happy for a store credit.. and then continued to hang up on me after I told him I need to return it as I can’t use it. Very very very disgusted in the service of the staff here.

Went in yesterday and got a really good deal on a painting due to closing down sale, sorry to see the store closing. The man that served me was lovely very professional & helpful.

They have so many bad reviews don’t let the 3 starts fool you… Worst customer service, they don’t have their policy displayed in the store and they Have the Audacity to say this is what it’s written in our policy which is nowhere to be found. When u buy sale item the girl serving doesn’t even tell u the policy! That you can’t return or refund if u don’t like it or doesn’t suit ur house! Rude customer service! I don’t recommend them at all!!
