Moved into a rental that the poor tenants had paid for a vacate clean. Disgusting standard of cleanliness from this company. Dog hair and splatters all over the walls, food splatters in the kitchen, human hair in the bathroom, toilets were not cleaned, carpets covered in hair and dirt and smelt so bad. We had to paid for someone to come and re-clean. When I decided to let them know for the sake of their business reputation, Sharon became defensive and hung up on me.

Would not recommend this company. Wouldn’t even give one star if I had the choice. Had a vacate clean with them, and had a couple of concerns. One problem was sorted and explained why it was not done, so it was accepted and moved on. However there were a couple of other issues still needing to be sorted, such as things being requested upon booking and them not being done. My partner simply asked why, he was never rude about it. And he was met back with nothing but nastiness and even got a threat made towards him. Not a professional way to handle a business at all, when paying for a professional vacate clean you expect a professional clean and then if you aren’t happy you should simply be able to ask why things haven’t happened and not be met back with such nastiness and threats. At no point was there any offer to rectify the situation, they just seemed more interested in getting into a power battle, arguing points and seeing who would win. Ridiculous and totally wrong in so many ways to threaten people, regardless of who was ‘wrong or right’. Gotten to the point of my partner wanting to just give them their money because he just wants all ties cut with these people.
