Absolutely rude cashier an old middle aged man didn’t once acknowledge myself and my friend. Ignored us when we said thank you and tried to ask a question. I felt race played into it as well and discrimination due to our skin colour and traditional Polynesian tattoos. He gave us a straight look up and down very disappointing!

Incredibly rude shop attendant. Embarrassed me infront of other customers when I asked what I thought was straight forward question regarding a liqueur. We put back what we were purchasing, and had to leave as I was so embarrassed. Lost our business.

It was pouring rain at Mt Tamborine last Sunday when we checked out Castle Glen, what a delight. The lady could not be more helpful and welcoming and that was before our taste buds were attacked and then our wallets. Now we have two more Castle Glens to checkout in two of our other favorite places, Montville and Stanthorpe. Your bottles fit the liquid satisfier that is inside and glad that we have started our collection. Thank you.

Bought the plum wine and was one of the most off tasting, rotten drinks I've ever tried. Whole bottle down the sink.Go elsewhere folks.

$30 Shiraz had gone off - tasted like vinegarHad to throw the whole bottle away - it was that bad could not even use in cookingCalled the next day and was told that is the taste of the wine and there is nothing wrong with it.It was definitely off. Most unhelpful - do not recommend. Beware

Straight up the worst wine and scotch we have every had. The sparkling rose has notes of cough syrup, and the chardonnay was more like a dessert wine. The mini scotch bottles were terrible. Don't waste your money and head to as proper bottle shop!

Excellent selection, great tasting service, cost refunded if you buy product, well worth the $5. Go for the Queensland Delight, smooth Rum, chocolate, coffee liqueur, it's awesome.!!
