All our orders were tasty and well plated, including burgers, calamari salad, all day breakfast, and desserts. The staff were friendly and courteous too.

We dropped in on a Saturday around 1pm, very appealing setup and layout, Attentive staff and quick service, we had eggs Benedict and H&T egg and bacon burger, and cappuccinos.The food and drinks were superb, the tastiest B&E roll I have had in a long time.Well run place, food and beverage, service was superb, well above other similar places, and is a recommended visit, you will enjoy!

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Hammer and Tongs a couple of times now with my partner for breakfast and lunch.The atmosphere in this renovated old bank is relaxed, classy and I loved the attention to detail.The staff were obviously well trained, accommodating and friendly.Plenty to choose from on the menu, beautifully presented , reasonably priced and the food couldn’t be faulted.I’ve recommended this restaurant to all my family and friends. Well worth a visit.

Absolute surprise package. Food and coffee delicious and beautifully presented. My smashed avo the best ever with delicious accoutrements (pickles etc), hubby's breakfast burrito roll was delicious. Sis had scrambled eggs and mushrooms and she also said it was delicious. Would definitely come back next visit to Strathalbyn...

Perfectly cooked and flavoured eggs Benny! just look at that perfectly cooked egg! Doesn't get any better than perfectly runny poached eggs.Espresso Martini to go with brunch and a sneaky 'pink drink' as a sweet dessert cocktail. staff are extremely accomodating and very helpful, super friendly and super willing. It is wonderful when staff come and check in to see if there is anything else they can do to help out. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 food. 10/10 cocktails. Can't wait to try some more. Everything looks eye catching and appealing

Great service; even better food! Normal sized portions too so you don't feel stuffed trying to finish.Smooth coffee, excellent chips, very tasty smoothies.Nice ambience and I'll bet the place gets hopping in the evenings!Very clean and snazzy toilets; huge bonus points for that.

Absolutely delicious food & coffee! Highly recommend. Had the breakfast burrito and an iced long black on my first visit and it was so yummy I returned for the same thing. Generous portion size, great flavours and one of my new favourite breakfast meals! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Definitely visit if you're in the area! Will be back again for sure. Thanks to the whole team for such a great experience!
