Stay away from this place. I went today to fix an iphone screen. First they told me it takes only half an hour, when I went back he said it’s not ready yet. So I waited for 20 more minutes then we found out the screen is not repaired properly. That’s where the story began. I waited for the repair person to come. He spent over an hour openning and closing the whole phone cluelessly. It was apparent that he doesn’t know what he is doing, then he asked me to pay 80 more to replace the camera! although the camera wasn’t faulty! he insisted that’s why the screen isn’t working properly!I asked them to pay my money back after waisting more than two hours . Both of them even didn’t apologise. When I asked that I want to speak with the manager, the guy said he is the manager himself which obviously was a lie. Later I fixed the same phone in Moorpark in less than 20 minutes, 30 dollars cheaper and they didn’t ask to replace the camera. This place was my ultimate disappointment. Just stay away..

Terrible service. I spent $60 on a screen protector to be put on my phone. In less than 24h it had fallen off. When I went back to get a refund it was refused. They offered to replace it but I did not want a dodgy product put back on my phone for $60. They said they have a no refund policy which is against the law. The response below is just appearing like they are doing something to resolve the issue. I emailed the feedback line when I wrote the review and the only response I received was this one below and nothing from the emailThe poor employee who was really wanting to help me could do nothing as his boss wouldn't speak to him other than to tell him that they have a no refund policy in all circumstances even when the product is clearly faulty.

They fixed my phone very quickly, checked it was alright and didn't even ask for money. Another place had told me I would need new parts and to spend $120 on it. Great service and very honest. Definitively recommend!
