Went here a few times in the past and was glad to see a Chatime open up just as we moved into the area. Their normal fruit teas and frozen drinks are great although the milky ones are a gamble depending on the flavour (thai and coconut milk teas are a favourite among those with a sweet tooth!) Wait times can be a little long during peak hour but overall, the staff are great and efficient.

Was just at chatime at Cranbourne park shop with two staff members. I understand they were a little busy but waited 10 and no one come up to say we won't be long.No communication from staff member but one of them had time to go onto her phone and another staff members come up to the counter and didn't even serve and walked away.

The workers are really helpful when I couldn’t decide what to get, it was quiet when I went and got my drink in less than 1 minute! Speedy staff!

Usually l order quite a bit from fountain gate, today i tried in Cranbourne but drinks were not good. I ordered 5 of these drinks green tea was ok but milk teas were not mixed properly, very lumpy and powdery. Just waste of money.

Ordered 5 drinks today, 1 green tea and 4 milk teas; only the green tea was good. ALL of the milk teas had weird powdery texture and indicated that it was not mixed well at all. I might as well have been mixing sand and drinking it; ended up throwing them all out. Waste of my money and time. Would not recommend.

Usually love the drinks and order quite a bit from Cranbourne park, sadly today's drinks were not made well. A bit disappointed given we ordered 7 of these drinks but the Taro milk was not mixed in well and very lumpy.
