Friendly environment, supporting team. My son didn’t need to think about signing up, he loved his free trial, we did it then & there . They are VERY clear in regards to if you need to cancel what the requirements & time frame is prior to signing the contract.

Excellent BJJ school, my son has absolutely loved his experience so far. All of the coaches and the team are so professional and friendly, they take time to engage with the kids individually and give them lots of confidence. They are helping to encourage really important life skills and positive attitudes that will help them in their future. I can’t speak highly enough about the positive impact this has had on my son. He is so happy to be a student here.

Great location, great friendly people and exceptional teaching abilities by all Professors and Coaches. Recently had to place my membership on hold for 6 weeks due to family circumstances and this was done with ease and understanding. My son and I have been training at this location for 3 years now and we have no intention to leave. I highly recommend Gracie Barra Burleigh Heads for all age groups.

Amazing facility. Super friendly and fun environment. The staff were great to work with in terms of instruction, advice and sharing their knowledge with all students. Loved the structure of classes and a great training environment for anyone and everyone. We tried all the local jujitsu places before signing up my son with Gracie Barra Burleigh Heads. It had the right mix of discipline, community, respect and most importantly aircondlting. My son thoroughly enjoys the teachings, new friends and continues to be challenged. Joao in charge of the front desk is super helpful and goes out of his way to accommodate any concerns.

During my first lesson I was thrown around like a sack of potatoes, my neck was choked and my arms twisted like a doll. What else could I expect? Beyond the initial pain it was incredibly fun and safe. The friendly members, instructor and staff welcomed me as I begun my journey in feeling more alive and healthy! Thank you for the first lesson - I look forward to being part of the team and learning more.
