The last 4 times I have come to office works, there is an issue with the printing. Can you please sort it out or at least put some signage saying that they are not working instead of allowing customers to waste their time trying to print, only to find out that there is some kind of issue after I have to go seek help in the store. It’s very frustrating. You may as well get rid of the whole printing system as it never works!!!!

I came in for help with my faulty Kindle I had purchased in a previous trip. Petra and the other man at the counter were both so helpful in organising a replacement. In and out in under 15 minutes with a solution! Thank you :)

So was advised to use self service to print some 20 photos, asked 5 different staff to help me as it wasn’t going straight forward, they couldn’t give me the time of day & then when a lovely customer helped me complete, my photos printed out with black ink & lines all over them. Will not be returning to this store.

Quite a large footprint. I did enjoy the very wide variety of all things office on offer. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. What I do like is their new scheme of designing your own office chair. You select the wheel base, the seat type and the back. There are different shapes and you can chose the colour you want. Even mix and match if you like.

Went into store the other day and for the life of me, couldn’t find what I was looking for. Obviously I looked lost and a wonderful young man named Neil came to serve me - he tried helping me with what I was looking for - found that this store didn’t have it but the Maroochydore store had 3 of them and advised me that I should go there and look.Otherwise I would have just walked out and not bothered - Neil was polite. Smiling and very helpful

Really helpful workers. Lots of variety. Office supplies and or home supplies covered. I liked their range in technology. You can buy cheapish goods that actually work or pay that bit extra for well known brands, so caters for a large range of prices.

Just don't buy jburrows cheap stuff. They will stop working and they will be very smiley to tell you they won't replace it even if you have a receipt. 2 times the same problem.
