Accidently put unleaded instead of Dielsel because of the confusing labelling. Ie Premium Unleaded has same design as Doesel while the othet unleaded has a different design. Staff were very unhelpful in helping me with a fuel dump.

I’ve been an avid BP customer for many years now and since moving close to the BP here in Caloundra have been using this as my local. The service has always been scratchy at best, I’ve been yelled at a couple of times four scanning my BP records card to early, but this never has bothered me too much. But tonight I pull into BP at 9:50 after a long day and driving from Brisbane with almost no gas lift in my tank and they tell me “sorry in preparation for closing at 10 pm with turn the pumps off”. This is a joke, If you say you’re open until 10 pm then you should be open until 10 pm. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to BP again.

I was hassled by 2 staff members bc my car broke down after filling up with fuel and it was blocking one of the pumps. While I was waiting for the RACQ to arrive I was hassled again by the same staff member. One would expect better customer service from a service station when your car breaks down after paying $30 for fuel and you're still parked at the pump.....

I’ve been going to this bp for the last three years. I’m always greeted by best staff ever. Lisa the manager always greats me with a smile on her face. Tash always happy welcomes with a smile on her face along with Shawn. I’ve never had problems with them or the BP. The staff are always super sweet and all of them in the morning go if I’m trying to find something or help. They are never rude always nice. I’ve never seen them ever rude only kind. If there is ever any errors Lisa always is promp to fix. Tash always is happy and loves to make sure your satisfaction comes first. Shawn always make sure he greats everyone in the most polite manner. Out of every bp they are best staff and best bp on coast. Even afternoon crew treat you wonderful. If I need a bp I will go out of my way to go to this bp cause of service and the kindness compared to any bp

Rude staff.Inappropriate handling of packages through partnership with TNT, unfortunately this is their chosen distribution partner.Not enough space to handle queue from connected Hungry Jacks which then overflows through filling area.Tight entrance that has had me close to multiple incidents with people entering or exiting.Also entrance forces you very close to car cleaning bays and I get sprayed with dirty cleaning water almost every time I enter.Ultimately this is a poorly laid out centre that isn't properly capable of dealing with the number of customers using the multiple stores that are forced into in inadequate space.

Agree with a few of the other reviewers on here. I went last week to fill up and the certain member staff was extremely rude. I was shocked at the abruptness. I have actually emailed about this to BP but had no response (which I'm also disappointed about) also due to the fact that the Qantas card wasn't scanned and lost 100$ worth of BP points.

I've been picking up DoorDash orders from the Hungry Jacks complex for a LONG time and I'll often use the toilets while I'm there. I swear I have never seen these toilets clean... Ever.. It's absolutely disgusting and I'm sick of it. Do something about this...

Very poor customer service and very rude staff. I even had to send back a parcel with TNT who use BP has a collection/drop off point. I asked the attendant if she knows if it was sent back or not because the company was waiting over 5 weeks for it to be sent. The elderly lady behind the counter said, “well we are not a post office sir, so unless you’ve got fuel I can’t help you”. Completely dismissed me and brushed me aside and said hello the person behind me. If it wasn’t so close and a TNT pick up/drop off point I wouldn’t bother with this place.

When busy it is chaotic with cars everywhere lining up for car wash, fuel and fast food drive through.

The toilets are always revolting, I have never seen worse. The staff always say it's Hungry Jacks responsibility so go and tell them. But really, if your name is on the door you should care. So both parties need to do better
