Fixzit - Electrical Services

We have the pleasure of working with Andy Robertson Electrical at Coopers Plains.I have been a facility manager for many years and have been dealing with Fixzit for about six months. Throughout this time I have seen The Coopers Plains team respond to all sorts of pressure and disasters that frequently occur in the trades industry.I want to express my pleasure at having the opportunity to work with such a responsible and capable team of people. In my role I get all of the complaints from customers, the real and the imagined. Blair as the manager and senior electrician has always resolved the issues within 24 hours. Almost unbelievable! No complaints, just the usual expressions but the resolve to respond and to ensure customer satisfaction.We have worked on large numbers of projects together and I find the consistency and willingness to respond still there after all the issues. Very good for diagnostic service and advised me that I need to buy a new appliance. They don't keep spare parts and had to order new parts so not worth to repair.
