Absolute terrible & un-professional service! At time of enquiry they knew exactly that my location was Melbourne CBD, quoted me and accepted the job. They even confirmed the appointment one day prior. They called me 1 hour before they were going to come and complained that we were in the city and went on about lack of parking in the city! How was this my problem when I provided my address at time of booking and was advised they can do it. She then went on that she was going to charge me for all parking fees incurred! I was left in the open and had to find another company last minute to do the job as it was our last move day!I don’t understand how companies like this can get away with such bad service and think it’s ok to do this to their customers and leave them in the lurch last minute & treat them with such disrespect.Do not recommend this company to anyone.
