T Shirt Plus

First of all got my order completely wrong and messed up even after very carefully designing and finalising everything via their website. They made some promises to help rectify but did not honour them all, including reimbursing the postage to send the faulty product back. Their communication and response times were extremely poor, I always had to follow up several times. I gave them another opportunity to rectify issues but no response. Very disappointed with them and ended up losing money and time. Would not recommend particularly if ordering different variations of product, they can’t seem to cope even though the order via their website is very clear.

And that's only because I called up asking what the hold up was.4. After realising they made a mistake I gave them a call and they refused to fix the issue, refund or replace.IDO Not recommend using t-shirt plus !

Utterly disappointed at the lack of professionalism this company has. As a customer i can honestly say that i have never been mistreated by a business like this before. They make you feel like a bother when placing an order, they fail to reply to messages and they are not willing to resolve issues that are not your fault. On top of that the quality of the clothing is terrible. My experience purchasing from this company has been far from smooth. I would rather pay 5 times the amount than to purchase from this company again as it has only brought stress and frustration. If you want poor quality clothing with poor customer service, this company is the one for you.

Unfortunately a negative experience. The T-Shirts came printed incorrectly (back on the front). We paid the highest cost for speedy shipping which did not arrive in the time period recommended.When emailed we received no response, a few days later we got a call to say the reason they were wrong and late is Christmas. I asked what the solution was now, to which no answer was given after speaking to the manager. I requested a full refund and return the shirts, the service agent was unable to answer and was going to speak to another manager that wasn't there and call me the following day. That was 4 days ago and nothing.Printing is good and the shirts are pretty standard.

I've never left a review before but I felt to do this to warn people. I've never experienced this kind of disservice and treatment in my life that it would be wrong of me not to say something to save someone else from it. However, one full star for this business is being generous. If I could have my time back I wouldn't have even clicked into this website and given it my business. It would save me stress, a lot of money and time. Customer service is BEYOND disgusting. They are rude, abusive and have 0 care for you as the customer. They made mistakes and blamed ME for it. They ripped me off a large amount of money and were unwilling to make me happy like their policy states. Order was extremely late and the worst quality I've seen in my life. I beg you, don't even consider this business.

I have used this business on several occasions and will now take my business elsewhere. I tried to call multiple times, even sent a text message, to arrange a pickup time late that same afternoon but when I arrived I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience. I was begrudgingly asked for my order number, and then received my order wrapped in a Aus Post satchel (??), and before I could even say thank you and apologise for the late pickup, the door was shut in my face! If you can’t facilitate a “pick up” service from your home... don’t offer it! Simple.Please don’t reply to this review and say that you “take customer service seriously and are disheartened to hear that I’ve had a bad experience”, because the reality is that you simply don’t give a sh!t because you copy and paste the same response to every person that posts a negative review about your attitude and business in general.

I ordered hoodies for our soccer team, and was impressed by the excellent customer service from Ali in designing the hoodies, then they were delivered quickly (only 10 days) and are of fantastic quality! I'd happily use T Shirt Plus again.

This joke of a business lies to you from the beginning. Their website claims speedy turnaround times, excellent customer service and obsessive attention to detail. Nothing could be further from the truth in all these areas. Late delivery, 0 attention to detail and abusive customer service. Even upon reading most of these reviews it seems it’s a common occurrence for these con artists to rip people off. They can’t continue to do this, do yourself a favour and steer clear if you want a stress free, wonderful and pleasant experience with merchandise.

I needed some new team shirts with really short notice and T Shirt Plus were the only company I could find in Sydney that had the shirt I wanted, and the ability to turn the job around in 24 hours. Amazing service, and such a lovely team greeted me when I came in to pick up the order. Thank you so much, I love our new shirts for @sydneyheadshotphotos
