Lovely sales lady serving me. She wasn't pushy at all and even referred me to a cheaper piano rather than the expensive one. That's what I like to see. Great range of pianos. If you are like me, you would prefer the pianos to be tuned to A440 cause an untuned piano is not the best for trained ears . Apart from that minor detail, great shop.

Staff were very friendly and well experienced when it came to pianos they recommended my daughter the Yamaha P45 which was really worth it for the price. The prices of piano accesscories were also great we ended up getting the keyboard, a stand and a bench for just over 600 dollars. For me pianoforte is the best supplier of pianos without a doubt

I have bought my Yamaha UM3H for nearly 1 years. I am very impressive for their service and loyalty to customer. The quality of my Piano is quite good and the delivery and tune service is terrific.Manager Bella is a very nice and kind lady , she meet her support a kids for a free piano lesson in one Saturday trading hours whose Mum has health issue. I wish all the best with the family business.

Have compared couple other piano stores, finally grabbed a great deal at Pianoforte for a Yamaha CSP 150, and good service from Sam Kwon for delivery and assembling.
