Usually have a young man who is super polite. Always take a long time to make coffee. Today girls served one customer who had pushed in and then walked off to do something else. Walked past me twice and did not acknowledge me. Went elsewhere and will not go back. Tried to support but will not be ignored

I wish this could be 5 stars. It's been a few years since I've been able to have a Ferguson Plarre sausage roll from Queen Vic Market where they are simply the best sausage roll ever (and the other stuff's not too bad either!). Since I'm not working up that way anymore I've had them from other Ferguson Plarres. Very good, certainly better than the rest, and a reminder of just how good Queen Vic ones are. But not Karingal. I stopped having one early cos it really is like they're yesterday’s making a reappearance. But at 12:30 today it was like chewing cardboard. Taking such a great product and turning it into an also ran. The warmer was full of them so they’re keeping them in there far too long and starting work on tomorrow’s leftovers to disappoint someone else. And as has been mentioned earlier the service is hit and miss. So all up, sad.

Here is where I found the best pastie I've had in years. Just discovered these bakeries. Excellent meat pastie, lovely flaky pastry, and over 80 stores around Victoria. My new favourite. And the ladies were were friendly too.

My 2nd experience with Ferguson Plarre at Karingal Hub and once again it was excellent. Yesterday I bought a vanilla sponge cake with chocolate icing and a really thick layer of fresh cream for my Husband's birthday. It was absolutely delicious. The staff member who served was so friendly with a big smile and very friendly greeting and farewell.

Good coffee. Honestly Good coffee!I cant eat anything there. Being Gluten free and a BAKE house truly nothing there for me.Kids seem happy to with food. Parents always get pies.They have been helpful and accommodating to help for the baby.

Asked for a fresh vanilla slice and was told they weren't allowed to sell me one. I had to buy the old stock which was sweating and the icing was melting. Then told I can send them an email if not happy.

Good to have another bakery option nearby, however they're quite expensive at $6 for a pie and to be honest it's not that impressive. The filling was ok but a fairly bland taste and the mashed potato on top of my shepherds pie tasted like powdered mash mix rather than fresh.

I was absolutely blown away by the incredible service the ladies provided and was even more impressed by the quality of the cakes. They made the most beautiful and delicious lady bug cake for my daughters first birthday and it was nothing short of perfect! 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend
