Prior to seeing Tijana at APF Massage Therapy, I had opted for traditional Thai massages as most of us do, which were very generic and not helpful in alleviating pain. Since attending APF Massage Therapy, the pain has not only alleviated, it feels as if I am now preventing any pain, stiffness or imbalances from arising. I feel as if my body is more mobile and free, my technique/range of movement in weight training has improved.The therapist really focuses in on what the root cause for discomfort is, not to mention how comfortable she made me feel, ensuring the pressure was manageable, that I was warm enough. I know I am in good hands here and I would not go anywhere else.

Great service provided... only after 2 session I was able to feel the difference in my knee after my sessions at the gym. Couldn't be happier. Friendly, understanding and professional staff. I highly recommend their services
