The Studio Melbourne

Cool space to shoot in, big place with lots of potential to turn it into room sets. Kinda far though, and gets VERY hot inside, so don’t go there on warm summer days. No ac or ventilation. Kitchen is nice though, it’s nice and cool so great place to take a break.

We used Studio Melbourne for our homewares business photography and booked a full day session.Sandy and Penny make a dream team; and the studio has a high-end collection of props and furniture. Can’t wait to return back to this studio again as our business picks up pace.

This has to be one of the best studio spaces in Melbourne! - well it has been the best I have used.Large amount of props and a huge space with many different options. Penny and Sandy are beyond amazing and helped us out so much with our shoot. Honestly this is the perfect studio space

Such a beautiful studio! It has the most amazing natural light and the space is so versatile. Penny and Sandy were so helpful and made the whole experience easy and smooth.

We hired this studio for 4 days to film interviews and it was such a fantastic experience.Big open studio, with a private room for makeup, a kitchen and also two bathrooms.The studio had a heap of great props and furniture that we were able to use in the interviews. Would highly recommend it to other creatives!

What a great studio with fantastic props for corporate and stylised photos. The space has a lot of options for great imagery. We had a fun day in the studio and got a lot of really good shots that were equivalent to a whole years content in a half day. Penny is very welcoming, responsive and easy to work with also. All in all, a great experience and very worthwhile.

I love shooting with Penny and Sandy! They’re super creative, the environment is always comfortable to work in, and the vibe is always positive. There are plenty of options for shoot backdrops and props, and they’re always so accommodating and fun to work with.

what a wonderful studio! absolutely stunning all around, such a versatile space. all the props available are just to die for, you can seriously tell a very experienced stylist had carefully curated everything available. There are so many plants that bring a great vibrancy. A good amount of parking out front, very easy access to load in/out and a nice quiet area.Penny and Sandy were an absolute delight to deal with - so accomodating with all our requests, and communication was great. They're quick to respond and so positive and helpful no matter what you need.the WiFi is fast, the fridge and oven are great to prep for catering and the A/C out the back was super strong for hot summer days. Although the space is open, there is barely if any echo that you usually get in warehouse spaces.I will be back!!

I spoke to Penny at The Studio Melbourne over the phone about doing my branding shoot there and after a lengthy chat she suggested I stop by to ‘get a feel for’ the place and her and Photographer Sandy.As soon as I stepped inside and met them both in person I knew that it was the right fit for me!Obviously as a team they both come with an abundance of excellent professional photography and styling skills, but it was their energy and personalities that won me over. The studio has a great vibe, great props, backgrounds and 2 fabulous dogs too!Fast forward to the shoot day and I was in the safest hands ever. I felt comfortable, at ease and we worked well as a collaborative team together!Sandy is an A-MAY-ZING photographer and I LOVE all of my pictures. I cannot recommend them and the studio highly enough.
