Glues Australia

I bought glue from Glues Australia, and when it arrived, it was already several months out of date. I contacted them and they said that glues often last for about 6 months after their expiry date so it should be ok. I told them it was not ok because I needed a much longer life on it and their website does not say that the glues will be out of date when dispatched. I requested they send in-date stock or give me a refund, and I have not heard from them. I have contacted them twice. They don't have a phone number to ring them and when I fill in their email form I get an auto-reply saying they will get back to me but they never have. This is a very dodgy company - I would not recommend.

Ordered a Fix-A-Floor 10oz Extra Strength Adhesive for Loose and Hollow Tile Repair from their ebay store, the item did not deliver and have not been refunded, following up for refund from last 1 month,, sent messages but no reply. There is no phone number on google to contact. Ebay has declined the refund and I have submitted the appeal. After appeal, got a response from ebay about the refund.
