Amazing team with amazing service. My Mastiff had to have a keg amputated and their service was second to none including after hours visits when I was concerned and sometimes just needed reassurance. They are amazing caring people ❤️

When our dog molly got hit by a car and they really understood the circumstances and how we were feeling at the time, all of the staff answered our questions 10x over. A few days before Molly's surgery, they were continuously messaging us and making sure we were ok and that molly was ok, Robert Paine even did a home visit just to check up on Molly's condition.Because we are also first time dog owners they really taught us a thing or two.I would highly recommend this vet to anyone who is wondering where to take their fur baby to.

The care and support be it regular a visit or a emergency for our 2 dogs and bunny rabbit Rob and the team are 5 stars all the way professional, compassionate etc.I have been to other vets in the Macedon Ranges and no one compares to Hamilton St Vet

My Labradors over many years have always received great care from this clinic as a whole. From the marvelous Dr Rob Payne and Dr Caitlin to the wonderful caring nursing staff and receptionists. The Drs are so professional in their knowledge and treatment advice , inclusive of their expertise and skill in regard to the planned, and unplanned emergency operations they have completed on my labs. Hamilton street was recommended to us by our neighbour as the best vet in the area when we moved here a few years back. With 2 cats and 2 dogs, it was important to us to find a vet we could trust. Since then we’ve been very happy with our experience at Hamilton street - the team are knowledgeable, caring and the new facilities fantastic. Recently one of our dogs had to have knee surgery - Rob and his team were amazing and it was fantastic to be able to have the surgery done locally by a team, who we already knew and trusted. We would 100% recommend Hamilton street to others.

We would like to thank Hamilton Street Veterinary Clinic and especially Rob, for the great service we have received for our 2 fur babies Zoe and Buddy for the last 10 years. The staff truly care about our dogs and treat us with respect and empathy, which is especially important to us now that our dogs are getting older. We highly recommend this team for all of your pet’s needs from immunisations to serious health issues.

I write this review simply to pay credit where is due. For 13 years my three Kelpie’s only veterinary practice is that at Hamilton Street Vet Clinic Gisborne, an easy decision given Dr Robert Payne and Dr Caitlin Horwood, doctors assisting and nurses provided 13 years of expert judgment, knowledge, professionalism, care, and treatments. From eye injuries, cracked tooth removal, blood disorder, vaccinations, aged care advice for my past 17yo Kelpie, end of life assistance, and currently latest technology medicine for emerging arthritis in my 9yo Kelpie (amazingly effective). Prior years to my discovery of Hamilton Street Vet Clinic I visited three other veterinary practices as far away as Bendigo, for me this practice is a stand out and an asset to the community of Macedon Ranges and surrounds. They only grow old like this with the help of a vet that cares.

What a wonderful practice, from the lovely people on the reception desk, to the nurses, and the vets. Thank you for your support over the last week of our precious lab’s last week of his 14 wonderful years as a much-loved member of our family. Five stars for everyone who works there ❤️

Rob and his team have been caring for our dogs for many years. No matter the reason for our visit, we always know that Rob is treating our animals like they are his own - which is of great comfort when they are sick. Cannot recommend Hamilton Street Vets any more highly.
