Daniel received our first phone call at 7:30pm two days before settlement on a commercial property where we had a last minute requirement to secure independent legal advice on the guarantor component of the loan. We were incredibly stressed and pessimistic about sorting it out before settlement but Daniel was incredibly responsive and arranged for us to meet his colleague Anthony the next morning. All paperwork was prepared when we got there and Anthony was very clear and friendly in his explanations. The lawyer at DPH Oatley cancelled an urgent appointment related to my property settlement 3 hours prior to the scheduled time. It had been scheduled directly with him on the phone and he was aware of the importance and urgency when he committed to it.We were given no alternatives at all, risked missing settlement the next day, paying interest and penalties and had loads of unnecessary stress at an already stressful time (ie. property settlement).If you want a lawyer that is dependable, committed and that makes your life simpler, I'd suggest going elsewhere.
