I first contacted Craig November 2022 to purchase a Case Tractor he was selling. Due to personal circumstances I was unable to travel to Orange NSW from QLD. I have never purchased used machinery sight unseen especially when it is over a $100000 dollars. Craig was excellent, always answered his mobile and answered many questions we had. He also set up a Whats App video call to show us around the tractor, plus many photos. Craig was able to recommend where we could get finance and was able to arrange delivery to us in Qld. When the tractor arrived it was exactly as he described it. There were no surprises. He still is happy to help us out and answer any questions we had after deliver. The tractor has been excellent and performs well, so glad we purchased it. It did develop one oil leak and Craig was able to advise how to fix it over the phone. He is very knowledgeable on these tractors and he and his wife are honest people. I would recommend anyone to trust them with their next purchase or machinery repairs. I would definitely buy again from Craig sight unseen as I know he would be very honest in the way he would describe it to me over the phone.Well done guys.Andrew
