I purchased a digital lock system for my studio and even though I did have some issues with the product itself, each time the team were so quick to come to the site and make repairs or see what was going on. I recently had a malfunction on my lock and they've gone above and beyond to organise repairs and warranty claims on my behalf, saving me and my business lots of time and also giving me peace of mind that my premises is safe and secure.
