Really abrupt & rude. Called to book in a service and discuss loud banging noise and got “no you won’t ring me back because you don’t want to spend your money” then “call me back when you have a better problem”. Completely gobsmacked that he thought this was an appropriate way to talk to people! This is also probably my first review to ever leave someone which highlights my utter disappointment.

Arrived with in the time frame fixed the problem. Although was here for 15 minutes and charged $40 for a $15 hose plus the call out fee of $139. Which I think not really reasonably priced.

I was having great difficulties dealing directly with LG over a washing machine that had not been working since early March .. although Mike did not come and fix my machine himself he was able to give me great advise in dealing with my issue with LG and helped me to procure a good outcomeI would not hesitate to contact him again
