I 65 years old and have purchased a many vehicles over the years. Some of these experiences were far from positive. My experience with Hunter Vally Motor Group was fantastic. I am interstate and purchased a vehicle unseen. The description provided in the advirtisment and by the sales person was 100 percent accurate. I believe the pricing of my trade in and the price of my purchase was very fair. The interstate delivery was perfect. The team exceeded my expectations. My partner and I went in to purchase a car advertised on the website, Unfortunately the salesman was rude, didn’t know anything about the vehicle and told me I’d ‘have to google’ any of my questions about the car. He then refused a test drive claiming that I wasn’t a serious buyer. Who buys a vehicle without being able to test drive it? When we told him we need to test drive to know whether or not we are interested he just shrugged at us. We have since been to another dealership and test drove the vehicle and we will be taking delivery next week.When looking at other cars on the yard, all vehicles were filthy inside and out, I understand not all cars can be clean 24/7 outside but when cars have grass, dirt, crumbs and even chewing gum inside them it is a really big turn off. We will not be returning in the event of needing to buy another car and will not be recommending any friends or family to buy here either.

HVMG have some great stock but sadly some of the service provided wasn't the most consistent.My initial enquiry was regarding a used vehicle and the sales person I dealt with was very helpful and even took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me whilst I was on the phone with him, I was impressed!However my experience regarding the finance wasn't the best and quite confusing, I had to go back and forward with them for more information on several occasions which I am sure could of been done in 1 or 2 emails but this dragged out for quite some time. In the end I requested my deposit back which I am still waiting for a confirmation from the finance person.
