Louis did an excellent job repairing a broken spring catch, and then cleaning 3 mainsprings for an old German clock. He is knowledgeable, friendly and explains exactly what he intends to do. He works quickly and has in ready in a couple days.

I cannot speak more highly of Louis and the service he provided. I took three watches to him today for battery replacement. He was expeditious, very reasonably priced and cleaned all three watches free of charge. Would recommend Louis for all your horological needs.

Incredible, knowledgeable and passionate about all types of clocks. I began my convo with Louis about our mid century sun clock to replace the mechanism. He not only added a new quartz mechanism he made sure that the original brass hands would not be too heavy and trimmed them to work properly. I am so happy with Louis’ work and his communication is perfect. Thank you so much Louis for a fantastic job to a very loved clock!

Louis took care of my family heirloom in the form of 1750 long case clock. He was superb in restoring the mechanism, hand crafting missing components and keeping me upto date on progress. When all the restorations were complete (The case was restored seperately) he came to my family home and set to work the clock. He showed me the enormous complexity this particular clock presented and we were both thrilled with the outcome. A most excellent and passionate craftsmen. I can offer no higher praise.

Louis is the only clock and watchmaker who has been able to fix my vintage watch and clock which I purchased in the 60's and nobody else would even touch them. I am over the moon with the repairs as they mean a lot to me. Not to mention he also got my cuckoo cleaned and back in perfect order. I'm quite happy with his charges very reasonable considering. Great guy and professional
