Working at this aged care facility was an absolute privilege. The staff's dedication and compassion are unmatched, and their commitment to providing the highest quality of care is evident. The facility is meticulously designed, creating a comfortable and safe environment for residents. The range of activities offered is impressive, catering to the diverse needs and interests of residents. The dining experience is exceptional, with nutritious and flavorful meals served in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The facility maintains excellent communication with families, fostering strong connections, and the management team is excellent, they actively listen to feedback, continuously strive for improvement, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Tom, the best manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my entire life. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have been a part of this facility during my time there. Overall, this facility is a standout choice for exceptional care. Highly recommended!

My mother has been a resident at Homewood since April 2022. The nursing and physical care offered to her by the team at Homewood is professional and compassionate.Recently Tom enabled members of three generations of my mother’s family to attend the facility for a surprise visit to my mother. The staff posted photos of my mother to make everyone present feel at home. We were all so moved and impressed by the efforts made by the team to make the visit memorable. Overall, first class.

I have been providing Podiatry services to Homewood Care for the last 9 years. Each time I enter the facility (which is second weekly), I am welcomed with a big hello and abundance of happiness and warmth from the staff at reception. This continues throughout the facility in each section I visit. Homewood Care feels like one big family, it’s a home away from home! Staff are very attentive, I love watching the empathy, warmth and care the staff provide to their residents. The facility is always impeccably clean, leisure staff are always keeping residents busy with activities, movies in the movie theatre room, bus outings, celebrating special occasions / cultural celebrations and they even help the residents attend the regular visiting hairdresser, in the professional hair salon downstairs!Homewood Care is a beautiful family orientated home, this is definitely a reflection of the family whom privately own the facility and continue to work within in it along side staff. They too will greet you at the door! Highly recommended!

I worked in Homewood for nearly a year and leaving the place felt heavy. Made lots of friends, felt deep connections with the residents.Thank you Tom, especially for being so supportive and understanding throughout. It is indeed a place for anyone looking for a second home be it a resident or a staff.

Homewood care is one of the best places I ever worked at. The management and staff are every caring and ensure the residents receive the best of care. At Homewood families can be at peace knowing their loved ones are well looked after.

I have great pleasure in knowing the management staff at Homewood Care facility now for many years. Being a family run facility for decades the care is impeccable! I can honestly say they treat all their residences with respect and dignity. I follow Homewood Care through their FB page and every day their posts look amazing. They have daily activities and always make sure that the residences interact with each other. They are always smiling and in good spirits. I have also visited the facility on a number of occasions and it is clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Homewood Care to any one considering an Aged Care Facility for their loved one.

Our 89 year old Mother has been a resident at the Homewood Gardens for just over a year now.Trying to navigate the complexities of aged care during the Covid Pandemic was more than challenging and extremely stressful.I believe we have been very fortunate to have found Homewood.I feel I am in a position to make a valid opinion now that Mum has been residing here for this length of time. I have found that the nursing staff are very attentive, gentle and kind and have always tried their best to solve any issues that have arisen with Mum's high care needs.Tom also requires a special mention, he is always willing to assist and immediately proactive. It gives us a lot of comfort that we can trust the care of our Mum with them.

My experience with Homewood is through a close friend’s family member who resides at this lovely care facility. The way I see the staff interact with all the residents is wonderful. As an ex-nurse I know the importance of good care and I see this in bucket loads. From good nutrition to social activities. Games , special days celebrating different cultures, bus trips. As a family run business you can see how much effort is put in with everyone striving for the best outcomes for the residents .Well done Homewood and keep up the good work.

just now NEWHomewood Care is fantastic. Both my parents are there and the care they are receiving in the facility is remarkable. The staff are so efficient and caring. Tom at the front desk is amazing and always makes you feel welcome and understanding and most of all very supportive. Both my parents are under the care of Dr Tony Ye of whom is just amazing with his patients and takes time to listen to your concerns. He is absolutely amazing as well. The nursing staff, so many of them are just no words to explain as they are amazing and always onboard by giving the residents the up most remarkable care and love.They have helped me so much by looking after both of my parents especially during COVID times as well.This facility is just amazing and could not have asked for anything more.Homewood Care - keep up that amazing job you are doing.
