Would like to give 0 star, requested for 2 keys cutting service, given by their staff 2 wrong keys, a day later chased by staff to return the Keys ASAP , I live in Sydney east suburb, and I have a full time job. A lady called Janelle , she is very rude.

A great service from Independent Locksmith. Stephen Radcliffe (Locksmith) arrived on time after informing me in advance. He changed 3 door locks and made several keys to suit our needs. He was well presented and performed his job professionally. He had all the required tools and equipment in his well organized van. He did a very neat job and is a friendly person. The charges were reasonable and I had no desire to even negotiate. Because the service was good. I have no hesitation to recommend Independent Locksmiths for on time professional service.

I checked few locksmiths around Parramatta and didn’t find anyone who could duplicate the round shaped letter box key. Independent locksmith did the duplicate in 5 mins for reasonable price.

So I took my car key here today ( toyota hilux) which was broke apart with remote. They quoted me 88$ for a whole new key wothout mentiong anythibg about the NOT getting the remote working. After he said they cannot program the key and here I am with a key with no remote programed.

I bought a digital lock for my front entrance and was finding a locksmith to get it fixed. I contacted a few of them but no one was able to do it. Even the locksmith that was recommended by the company from where I bought the lock from turned me down. Finally I googled and found out about Independent Locksmith. When I gave them a call, Michael was very helpful. He asked me to send a picture of the door and the lock. And then he rang me back quite fast and said he will send someone over to inspect and advice more. The technician Chris came the next day and confirmed that it can be done with a bit of modification. Michael called me the same day to fix a time and date the job will be done. On the day of the job, Chris got the job done very quickly and efficiently. They are professionals, friendly and easy to deal with. They are the best in the business. Their pricing is also very competitive. I will give them 10 stars because 5 stars are not enough. Well done guys!!

I had wasted well over a month trying to get my padlock requirements sorted out at a large corporate locksmith. Then I walked into Independent Locksmiths. They had a real customer facing store with knowledgeable staff and all the parts that I would need. Their tech, Noah did a great job of keying up my pad locks and also suggesting the strong cost effective tethering solution as well. He was smart proactive and fast. It took Independent Locksmith about 20minutes to achieve what the big corporate locksmith was unable to achieve in weeks. Also, the whole thing came in at much less than I'd been quoted by the big corporate group as well. Thank you for being fast efficient and cost effective. You are now my “go-to” locksmiths.
