Great service and always on time and good value for service for a government funded service, the staff are friendly and praise the volunteers for their hard work. The drivers are friendly and my elderly Father who is 96 always has nothing but praise for the service. Not sure why people are complaining for a government funded service and volunteers who try hard, perhaps the complainers should go private and stop winging.

This community based service has had a fabulous impact on my life & really helped me greatly! I am incredibly greatful. It has enabled me to get my child to & from school safely & consistently. I have found most of the drivers to be so incredibly kind thoughtful & helpful - they really go above and beyond the call of duty to keep the vehicles pristine & to ensure our experience is a super pleasant one with friendly yet very professional interaction! This service makes such a great difference to my confidence & independence, it has even helped enormously with my personal parenting as now my son looks forward to going to school! Previously he liked seeing his friends but now getting him to bed & up in the morning is easier for me because he knows the drivers make his morning so pleasant & he sees it as a lovely little social interaction which has really assisted me tremendously. Thank you Link. I highly recommend this service.

I Joined Link as a placement student.Staffs working here are friendly and anyone who works here enjoys the friendly, welcoming and warm environment. Its therapeutic to work in this environment. In terms of service, Link has recognised the importance of enabling the ageing clients in society for wellbeing. For this, Dany Davis is working tirelessly to address the issues of elderly by providing gardening services, home maintenance services, a social support group, providing transportation facilities and providing assisted shopping. In terms of recognition of the gaps in the system and challenging the hegemonic ideologies, Dany Davis is at top. I would rate five star for this. Along with this, organisation is aiming to introduce AI in human service delivery system in such a way so that elderly members of the society can use it to stay connected is so fascinating. However, with the high demand of services, organisation is struggling to keep up with the infrastructures. The management hopefully overcomes this barrier in future. As a student experience, I would recommend to have some strong plans to make students gain some transferrable skills that is useful in human services in respect to their academic and professional requirements.Overall, it was a great experience to work under Dany Davis for few months that gave a lot of experience which I would not get spending a lot of time in other organisations.
