The health nut is beautifully presented. Really friendly service, helpful advice. After open heart surgery, my nurse told me about a muscle spray called ZEN , fantastic for pain relief. I went here brought some. So much relief and they new exactly what it was I needed. They sell healing crystals oils salt lamps dietary fibres everything you need to keep you well. Great range of vitamins .

After so much research I saw Keisha here to get my eyebrows (well lack of them) microbladed with a powder/feather stroke finish and I am so happy I found her. Keisha has an amazing talent, who works at the back of the store like 3 days a week (Aura Beauty Bar). I love waking up every day to my new eyebrows, thank you Keisha.Daneal

For a small little store they do have a lot of good stuff, mostly an extensive range of supplements including BioCeuticals, Herbs of Gold and Nutralife, plus skim care and beauty products like Raww, Ecominerals, Herbatint, and a surprising range of home brew products for beers and spirits. There isn’t a huge range of bulk foods, mostly nuts and a few grains. Friendly staff.

the lady working when i went in was suuuuper nice and helpful. she was very friendly and did well when customers continued to come in and out of the store. they have bulk foods (whole foods) that you can bring your own container to refill. they also have a peanut butter machine in the back and you can bring containers for those. have some niche products that other health stores in the area don’t offer! definitely will return
