I went to the computer/IPad section not one shop assistant came & assisted if I need any help, there were workers just roaming around in the shop.Even prior to that I actually followed one of the workers down the isle,he stopped & I stopped, still didn’t ask me if I needed help. Then I went to the computer/iPad section, wow the same guy I followed was just walking around doing nothing, that shop was pretty busy & I wanted to purchase a printer as well.He wasn’t the only one,I was ready to leave, that person was serving at the counter & then he asked have you found what you needed.Pfft!I just purchased a pen then left,Their loss, not mine.

The worst experience ever. I had a heap of original photos I needed scanned. I specifically asked for them to be scanned on the flatbed scanner as I didn’t want to risk the originals getting damaged through the rollers, and in high res. Instead, they scanned them through the rollers and scratched every single one of my original photos, and the digital copies were filled with lines. And in low res. Seriously incompetent. A waste of time and money and they have damaged something that is priceless to me. Avoid at all costs.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went in to buy an iPad but the Apple Store was cheaper so I asked for a price match and was told that my price was USD, awkward for him when it literally said AUD beside the price. He then became EXTREMELY rude and obnoxious when he realised that and told me “well I’m not matching it cause I’ll get in trouble” and when I said well if you can’t match it then I’ll buy direct through Apple, he rolled his eyes and said “you do that then”. Absolutely DISGUSTED at the customer service in this store. Definitely won’t be shopping here again after this experience. Apple got my money instead. I wonder how many other people have received the same response when trying to buy a big ticket item? Those numbers would add up quickly and these rude individuals treating paying customers like rubbish are costing the company A LOT of money.

Had a 300 page file to scan, figured Officeworks was the place to start, first bad news is they charge more to Scan to USB than to photocpopy/print in B&W (25c per page Vs 20c huh?). Next bad news is the ADF only takes about 75 pages so you have to do in batches with no way offfered to join the files, next bad news is the card system offers $35 as the maximum credit, so when you run out of credit half way through a batch, after scanning the entire batch the system tells you to start again with more credit, next bad news is there is no obvious way to end a session so you can start again, you have to wait for it to time out to start again (also you cant add credit to your card while you are running a session), last bad news is that when you choose rotate the file to save it in the correct orientation you think you are rotating the whole file, when you get home you discover it only rotated the first page in the file.
