The best value undercover storage in Perth metro, really close to the boat ramp and good wash down facilities. Peter is very easy to deal with, definitely recommend storing your boat here!

Great facilities and also areas to wash down the boat after it’s been out. Peter is always onsite and easy to get a hold of if you need anything. Close to home and close to the ramp!

When my partner & I looked for a place to store our caravan we were happy to find South Beach Storage just down the road from us. Since Peter has become the manager of the place it has greatly improved eg: all the rubbish has been removed and it is all tidy and the road is in better condition. Peter has always shown to be helpful, friendly & professional. The van has always been put outside the shed ready to go when we asked him to. We are happy customers, David & Ruth

I have posted a 5 star unit to this site not because it is modern but because it is convenient to me plus it has an onsite manager who has made himself available if and when i have required assistance, it is also very comforting to know that the site is manned 24hrs a day as we have a considerable investment parked in this facility.

The current manager Peter is the second I have dealt with at south Beach Storage and from the moment he took over the improvement in cooperation and assistance was vast. He has made life easy for everyone and is always cheerful and helpful. All credit to him.

I have used two other storage facilities in the past, but this place is better than both. The manager is friendly, polite and responded well to all the needs that I had with regard to storage of camper. The facility is easy to access, pretty well 24/7; and the prices compare very favourably to others.

DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUBLES HERE!!...I stored my caravan there for 2 months and it was hit twice causing considerable damaged. There was no resolution offfered by Peter the caretaker. He will hear from my lawyer.

Fair prices, secure location and great service with an on site manager who is there to help! The facility has 24 hour access, is fully secured by full height barbed wire & solid fencing, CCTV cameras throughout as well as number plate recognition. I see there are a few negative reviews due to a previous manager, suffice it to say that is in the past.

Great price, Great location, Great facilities. Onsite care taker extremely helpful and happy to do whatever he can to make your experience efficient and enjoyable. I've kept my boat here for a year and will continue to do so!
