From the first meeting with Doug I was confident that we had chosen the right builder. It also helped that Doug came recommended by a friend of mine.Doug has an excellent team, especially his 2IC Joel plus all of their sub contractors did an amazing job. All the paperwork, estimates, insurance cover, variations, progress billing etc were well presented and explained.Part of the job required some very intricate carpentery work around our staircase and many of our friends have commented on the great result.I cannot remember a day when they did not turn up at the allotted time.The best case of this was 6 month after the job when we developed a serious leak from our recently renovated upstairs bathroom. I called Doug immediately and he had Joel around first thing the following morning. Joel quickly diagnosed the problem ( so he thought ) and hopped on the phone to their plumber who did the work who came out before the end of the day. The plumber confirmed Joel's thoughts and it actually had nothing to do with the work that they had done...I was an old broken pipe inside the concrete floor. With Christmas rapidly approaching, when all tradies as flat chat, Joel was able to organise the plumber for Thursday, plasterer for Friday and painter for Saturday....it all worked like clockwork....and this was not even a problem caused by them....that is SERVICE for you.I am sure that there are cheaper builders out there but you would not receive the same service, professionalism and quality finish as we ended up with.My wife and I thoroughly recommend DMC Building.

Doug, Joel and their amazing team renovated our home at the start of covid. They were professional meticulous and respectful during obviously a very uncertain time. They happily addressed all our concerns, and provided a before, during and after service that has been fantastic and we are thrilled with our beautiful home.

I engaged DMC Building for my home renovation in 2021 whilst in the height of Covid and continual lockdowns. they created a fully self contained loft in an existing roof space. At all times the Site Manager Joel Glassman was polite and efficient and was in constant contact with me during the build keeping my informed of what was happening. The DMC team kept all subcontractors on schedule during difficult circumstances and my job was complete in a timely manner. They offered valuable suggestions throughout the job and were open to making changes along the way. I am very happy with the result and now live happily in my renovated home.

Doug, Joel and the team at DMC have been outstanding in completing the renovation and first floor additions to our family home in Drummoyne.From helping us to get DA approval through to completion of the project the team were outstanding.They were extremely professional and well organised throughout and the exceptional project management skills meant the project was well organised from day 1 to handover.Not only did they finish the job earlier than the contracted date, they managed to do so during a supply chain crisis and had us in for Xmas as promised.I would definitely recommend DMC for anyone wanting high quality, trustworthy, professional and well organised builders.

We had Doug, Joel and their teams completely renovate our 1950's weatherboard house. Their teams were incredibly helpful and professional, we had an incredible working relationship. We are two people who'd never done anything like this before, we felt like we were helped along the way. Every step of the way they explained what was happening and what would be needed from us. My wife and I engaged DMC Building to build our garage and family room extension.The end result is everything we had hoped it would be.Doug from DMC helped us with the design and finishes and we are thrilled with the end result. We recently engaged DMC to carry out a renovation which involved a double garage being added to an existing dwelling.Throughout the process foreman Joel kept us informed with regular updates on the progress of the build. We appreciated his expert advice when circumstances required a variation of our original plans. Joel and his team were polite and respectful at all times.The project was not without its challenges. We experienced the heaviest rain in decades just after our roof tiles were removed. A distress call from myself, concerned about the security of the tarpaulin during a deluge one night at 9.00pm resulted in three tradies arriving 20 minutes later to further secure the tarpaulin while adding additional coverage. This job was carried out very professionally during atrocious weather conditions.Thanks Joel and the team at DMC. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a renovation.
