I concur with other reviewers. Bad service, including from the manager. Poor attitude when engaging with customers, not even basic courtesy. A pattern of behaviour over years, stuffing parcels into PO Box crushing business correspondence, ignoring reasonable requests not to do so, argumentative, dismissive, aloof and rude. No responsibility taken. Care factor zero. When issues are raised they deflect by blaming the customer. I am avoiding this post office permanently.

The customer service was absolutely atrocious! It takes zero effort to acknowledge and maybe even smile at a customer who is waiting at the counter for you to finish up a parcel. The gentlemen working there stood right behind the counter and never even acknowledged our existence after a several minutes and then walked out to the back and we were eventually served by someone else who had minimal people skills.

The lady who works there is friendly & has often given me helpful advice eg I was posting gifts overseas & she explained if I wished I still had another 300gm of weight for the same price if I wanted to put more into the package.

The town is full of old grouchy people which explains all the poor reviews, staff are lovely and I have never had an issue with my packages. Every package from my business goes through these guys 10/10.

I have posted two birthday sealed birthday cards to Ireland from this post office and both times they have not arrived.Last time I use this post office.For some reason I smell a rat.Both times I had cash hidden in the cards.

get charged for a letter one day, same item charged as a parcel following week when i have a stack of 10 of them, scammers, go somewhere else
