The girls were very helpful at Christmas time and had no problems returning a gift.Big brands like Guess for travel goods and handbags - a good variety!

While we have purchased at other Strandbags stores over the years, this is the 1st time at this store.The variety of bags is very good and easy to access. The is good aisle room and we didn't feel we were tripping over things.The staff members acknowledged us when we entered while serving others. Came over when they could and pointed out other options my wife may like to consider. Very friendly, helpful and professional.We'll go back again.

The phone service from Bonnie in head office locating the styles I required within the one store, then the helpfulness of the local girls was amazing and the shop is immaculate and very well stocked. The manger and staff in this store are amazing, my guess backpack started to fall apart, they gladly gave me a refund and i got another bag .ill definitely be going back to that store. Great customer service.
