Bed Bath N' Table Narellan

Appalling Customer Service - called the store to check product availability and was told by Claudia they had the product I was after and would put it aside for me at the register. Got to the store after two hours to request the product and two young “customer service” sales staff began giggling at the register computer while I waited for 10 min in store at the register to finally inform me she had made a mistake and there was no stock (both still giggling). The blonde manager overlooking the situation didn’t even say a word or intervene to apologise. Have been a very regular customer till that point but will now travel further to avoid the terrible customer service at the Narellan Store.

Terrible customer service! They don't know how to aproach a customer! Just went there today Sat 24.10, I just enter the shop and the sales person said can I check your bags, she didn't say hello properly even!! really?! I just entered the shop!!!! They are exterimely rude and unprefossional! Not everyone are thiefts, at least try to be welcoming when someone enters the store! I never saw something like this before! Good luck if you think you can earn any money with this terrible customer service!!

I usually buy things online and this store experience justifies why.I was looking for a cashmere throw in store because it would not have shipped in time if I purchased it online. I went into the store and asked if the store sells cashmere throws and one lady said no we don't have cashmere but we have acrylic throws that look like cashmere" to which I responded with "oh okay thanks I will have a look". However

really bad customer service. Really horrible middle aged blonde larger lady working there doesn’t know how to interact with people or humanity. Recommend she go back to the cave she crawled up from if she doesn’t like interacting or talking to people.

I went into Narellan BBNT store on a Thursday night at 4:45pm knowing it was extended trade as per retail hours, where I was met by a completely rude and unhelpful manger by the name of Vicky (who did not have a name badge on at the time, her name was just told to me verbally). Vicky refused to help me as she was finishing at 5pm. I was simply asking for an exchange on an item I had received for a Christmas gift for my daughter as I had received multiples of the same item. As it was a gift I did not have the receipt and was not provided with a gift receipt. Working in retail for 15+ years and owning my own business I am quite aware of the terms and conditions when returning items. The store has no signage displaying their returns and exchange policy and online only stipulates online purchase returns and exchange policies. I was speaking with Vicky explaining my situation and as her shift was coming to an end she was unwilling to help and simply stated without proof of purchase she could not return the item. I stated that the item is clearly only a Bed Bath N' Table item and that there is nowhere else the item could have possibly been purchased, I was happy to take whatever the current price of the item scans up to simply exchange for something else in store. Vicky was rude and unhelpful as she stated that there is nothing that she can do without proof of purchase, was unwilling to look up the date on which the item was purchased due to confidentiality however wanted me to get a copy of the bank statement from the person that had purchased the item (the irony in which that isn't considered a confidentiality issue is beyond me and also bank statements never stipulate the itemised items that were purchased?) Vicky continued to ramble on and simply stated when the clock strikes 5:00pm no one else would be able to help me in store. As Vicky was unable to help I asked for her regional managers contact information to be able to make a verbal complaint about the attitude that one of their store managers had when trying to assist me, she blatantly stated that she does not know who her regional manger is and could not give me that information (what manager does not know who their regional manager is?) Vicky continued to state that I would need to contact head office, which I have done and have not heard anything back from head office in 5 days. I have since come to the power of the online reviews because I know from my previous experience if I spoke to a customer as Vicky had spoken to me, my regional manager would be jumping through hoops to make the customer happy. She was rude, unhelpful, condescending, spiteful and vindictive and if I can save one person from dealing with Vicky at Bed Bath N' Table Narellan it would make your day a lot better. I know I personally will NOT be providing any further business to ANY Bed Bath N' Table store and any other items I currently have will be returned as I no longer want to endorse the brand in any way shape or form.

Went to the store today & was served by Vicki. What a delightful lady, thank you Vicki.

Went to the store today for the first time and bought some Xmas decorations. So many beautiful things there. Had a lady named Tina serve me, she was great; so helpful and happy. Will definitely be back. Thanks for being awesome Tina!

Usually the people here are lovely, although one blonde middle aged larger women was incredibly rude to my mother and I, I didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to us, and if I could leave no stars I would, wouldn’t recommend if she is here

A lovely store in the Narellan Town centre you could spend a fortune here. They lovely giftware, linen and towels. It's great 'go-to' store if you are buying wedding, house warming or any occasion gifts. They often have sales. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
