Multiple damaged items, AVOID this company.Including broken chair leg, damage to brand new nursery drawers, portable air conditioner and most distressingly a model boat that had been made by my late father-in-law (which was stored in a display cabinet).The extent of the damage was noted noted until all unpacking was completed over the week.Support and follow up was unprofessional, unapologetic and unwilling to cover cost of damage.

Fast Movers helped my son move apartments yesterday. The team arrived exactly on time, checked they were in the right spot to park and then were quick, efficient and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and they handled the move with enormous professionalism. Rachel from the office was also a pleasure to speak to and very prompt to reply.After a terrible experience with a different company last year, we would not hesitate to use Fast Movers again and would happily recommend their services.

I have used Fast Movers for my past 3 moves since I have lived in Sydney and I highly recommend them! Efficient and timely service every time. The guys handle all large furniture and fragile items with the utmost care and always come prepared with more than enough moving material in the truck to ensure a smooth, seamless, and safe move. Even when packing up a 1 bed apt into a storage unit the guys paid great attention to detail to maximize space. I wouldn’t move with anyone else!

Absolutely the worst moving experience of over 25 years+ of renting! Truck was too small could not fit all items, the two movers too slow lifting one box at a time resulting in a load time of 3 hours for a 1bedroom house! Took them 15 minutes to make a 6min drive door to door, on arrival at the destination it took another 3 hours to unload. When speaking to the Rachel with feedback, I was told it would go faster if I (a fifty something female) helped unload the boxes (seriously?). Damaged boxes, dining table scratched and as I unpacked boxes clearly labelled fragile/glass" finding broken glassware

Two lovely fellows who rang me to check it was okay to come early and then arrived exactly when they said they would. They took great care with my furniture while being very efficient. The price was very competitive (I had 3 other quotes). I would highly recommend Fast Movers

The Fast Movers Removals team worked tirelessly to help us move houses last week.Booking was effortless, and the estimated time was around what we were told it could take. No nasty surprises. They charge a fair price. The team was punctual and they worked hard. They were very courteous and friendly to deal with. Very careful with the furniture and our general stuff. Fast, efficient and conscientious service. F & G were very friendly, great communicators and hard workers. We had some tight spaces to move through and they were very careful and considerate. Great service and value for money! Thanks guys for a very stress free experience.

Removalists arrived on time and did a fantastic job packing our house contents. They were two friendly, obliging young men. I have no hesitation in recommending Fast Movers to anyone who has to move. Dealing with Rachel in the office was also great, she was professional, friendly and had answers to all of my queries.

We reached out to Rachel who was very informative and transparent about pricing ! Felix was who arrived on time with his partner and we’re very accomodating and efficient, the guys used rollers and took the utmost care! They Were amaizng and would highly recommend compared to previous experiences.I was in between work so I had to give them a key to access my new place and drop off the items. We stayed in touch via video call. For my desk the guys even hand a screwdriver handy and removed the legs to fit it into the room.Can’t thank them enough for help and recommend them !
