The Enchanted Florist

Given that I have been sending bouquets to either the sick or those who have left this earth lately I can, with confidence, send a floral gift anywhere from the enchanted florist. One of the ladies who served there a week ago was highly empathetic and sensitive so I felt comfortable with her personal approach.

These guys went above & beyond to deliver items to a hospital,they called me to alert me to a problem & due to my mistake they fixed it & the delivery was on time,great friendly prompt service.Highly recommend & will definitely use again.Thank you very much

Very disappointing quality. I have recieved a number of arrangements from here and they never last more than 10 days. The one my partner purchased for my birthday has lasted five and they are browning and falling apart, pretty ready for the bin. Five days for an expensive bunch of flowers? Really disappointing for the price. I am so sick of it I specifically told him tonight never buy me flowers from this florist again. I believe they use cheap nasty imports that are heavily sprayed on arrival to Australia instead of using one of the many local growers we have.... I had flowers from alstonville florist that lasted FIVE WEEKS. Prices are better at AF too. Much nicer arrangements there. Please don’t waste you’re money and shop elsewhere. $120 for FIVE DAYS. Disgusting. I’d be so embarrassed to put such poor quality out.

I live in Adelaide and had ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mum at her work place on Mothers Day. Little did I know that someone at her work is deathly allergic to lilies (which is what I had ordered)!! The staff were brilliant! They called me up to let me know the predicament, and gave me several options, including doing up another beautiful bunch of colorful flowers at no extra cost. Would definitely order again, process was quick, simple, and the staff were very accommodating.

I have ordered flowers from The Enchanted Florist for many different occasions and always found their service and flowers to be of a very high standard. The pricing is also very good. I would definitely recommend using The Enchanted Florist.

I ordered flowers at 8:30 am, they had them delivered by 10 am the same morning. Very helpful and considerate that I was on a time crunch. The arrangement is beautiful too :)
