Errors made with order and tough old chicken in 2 out of 3 wraps after waiting longer than usual in drive thru. I'm happy to wait if food and order are both good.But this is disappointing.Will wait to see if there is any response from management, and I am happy to modify feedback if suitable remedy.We all make mistakes.

Not a good experience here.Travelling through Adelaide to Melbourne looking for a quick bite to eat.The toilets were absolutely disgusting. Gag worthy. The one cistern was blocked and the one one urinal was not in good shape. Smell was horrendous.It took over ten minutes for our order to be completed. Seemingly a grilled chicken salad is not a staple order here as it took an eternity to make. Looked terrible and whilst it was being made everything else went cold.Terrible.Won’t be back here.

Took 15mins on a quiet day to get served. Took number to table having been told food would be served to us. 15mins later when I said I was still waiting I was told it had been called out....thing is I wasn't given a number

Absolutely disgusting. Took my grandmother through the drive thru to get food and asked for bbq sauce at the ordering speaker, got to the window where they hand the food out and asked if there was definitely bbq sauce in the bag, the absolutely arrogant worker there said “you paid for sweet and sour and I gave you sweet and sour. Goodbye.” And slammed the window shut. Not once did I mention sweet and sour sauce and if it wasn’t for line behind of us I would’ve sat there until it was fixed.You need to start hiring staff that aren’t so rude and don’t care.

I just wanted to say a special thankyou to Bella Griffith. Me and 2 friends were physically as-sualted by another customer for our fashion sense (coloured hair, piercings and whatnot) and she handled it incredibly well. She made sure we were okay and was more than happy to offer us help whether it be the security footage or encouraging us to call the police when we didn't want to make a fuss. Obviously the area isn't the safest but the staff are incredibly responsible and I commend the entire team for their compassion

It was okay.The drive through line was huge so we went inside to order and ended up eating in. Ordering was easy on the machine. One was broken. The food came quite quickly. The staff were quite distracted and busy. Ordered breaky. Again, it was okay. I worked out having no cheese on the egg and bacon McMuffin made it a lot nice. Just my opinion. Got coffee too which is at a different counter. They had all the different milks which is good. I don’t think this maccas will ever be short of customers. Maybe some extra staff would improve things a bit.

Your typical Maccas store - this one is on a small block and the car parking spaces and drive through are reflective of this. Store looked like they'd been super busy as the tables needed cleaned and cleared. It seemed like alot of staff for not much result (the cafe barista was friendly and helpful & serving at speed) & they could certainly have worked on their customer service. Chip packets were not full, our two Wraps were not the same (one well presented, the other like it has been scraped up off the floor) & the grilled chicken salad was missing the seeds and looked like it had been well shaken, as well as the box being covered in chicken fat. Used the parent toilet and the toilet paper dispenser was broken and there was no paper at all.

Service extremely poor. Team member rude & unhelpful. The toasted sandwich had half the bread missing, was cold & hard. Fries cold, nuggets were dry, cold & hard. The coke was all over the top of the lid. The worse food & service we have encountered across 4 states.

We used the drive through to get what we wanted. Different to see it was covered and not open to the elements. The service was prompt and staff were efficient. Just one thing though, some froth is usually what you expect on a cappuccino instead of a virtual flat white.
