Hi. This issue has been going on for too long and you leave me with no choice but to leave a 1 star review. I have sent the video of how our power trips each time we turn on the solar unit. Have called the helpline so many times and the operator keeps wanting to trouble shoot over the phone but we can't even switch on the solar power? It is very frustrating that we have been without solar power since 23rd of December 2022 and today is 20th of Feb 2023. Almost the whole of summer without solar power. Been promised by Bill that he will call or arrange an electrician over to our place to sort out the issue but we are still waiting. So many calls made, so many messages sent but we are still waiting. Hope this review will get someone from GT Solar to arrange an electrician to our house. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Thank you.

Easy communication，quality works and efficient problem solving。I had double storey house with high roof around 7m。and the tile is more than 30 years old。at the beginning I was worried that the installer will break many tiles to make me hard to find a matched one，but they break non。beside the electrician gives professional idea about where to install the inverter to cope with my requirement。this is excellent job，highly recommend。

Disgusting service. Used these guys to install a 6.6kw solar system to my property. Very straight forward job. They told me it was all sorted and up and running. I paid the bill. That was over 4.5 months ago and I still don’t have solar. Use a different company. There are Plenty out there. These guys so far wont return to sort out a job that’s paid and completed and never worked. I’ve made many calls and sent many emails. No progress. Very disappointed to say the least.

Very good service and happy with the price. I’m gonna refer my brother because of Bill and the team look after us well.
