Awesome 80s/90s vibe gym. Great to train at and the owners and workers are great. Community is amazing and im happy to be at this gym. Highly recommend.

Seriously only intended on training at this gym for 3 months max while I am living in Para Hills and my house is being built but the place is so good I might keep the membership!This gym is so unique with it's wide range of different machines. Has everything you need and isn't overrun by people more focussed on Instagram likes than training.Never gets too busy and has a separate area for ladies if they want to use it.Absolutely awesome place to train and couldn't recommend it enough.

Old school vibes and habe never seen more then about 6 people at one time there so its awsome, never have to wait for equiptment
