Excellent agent. Craig is fantastic. Clearly knowledgeable and good at what his job. But also really genuine and trustworthy which is not common in that profession! Very up front and honest. Easy to communicate with, and he gave regular updates along the process which was reassuring. Craig was the agent for the vendor and we were the purchasers but it felt like he really was trying to be fair to all. If we decide to sell in the future we will likely go with Craig. Will also be recommending to friends and family.

i don’t normally take the time to write reviews unless it is well above and beyond. The service provided by Shelley warrants my willingness to spend time on this. Shelley has been managing my townhouse for 4 years. During this time, there were difficult tenants that Shelley demonstrated her skills in tackling all the issues. Damages by tenants were successfully claimed from their bonds with Shelley proactively getting various quotes for repairs/replacements to support the negotiations with tenants and for insurance claims if need be. On new leases, Shelley demonstrated her market knowledge and managed to secure tenants quickly while achieving the best possible rent for me. It is hard to find a property manager that is with the same pace and thoughts as landlords. Shelley is definitely the one!! I highly recommend Shelley and Plan A if you’d like to have a stress free management of your investment properties. :)

I recently rented out my apartment in Botany through Shelley Bays and coud not be more impressed with the service I recieved.First of all, Shelley offered to return early from her holiday break to do the open home to meet my tight timeline. Incredible! From there, Shelley made my life as easy as possible.
